Leaders consciously (and unconsciously) set the tone in their organization. They make or break the context in which professionals can be themselves, perform and grow. When I help leaders grow, everyone benefits; the end user (customer), the leadership team itself, employees, shareholder(s) and society. That gives me fulfillment.
